Our technical support team is our first line support for customer-facing services. Team members respond to and work with customers to resolve all technical support issues. Team members also guide customers through any required configurations so that customers can best utilize their GridSouth services. Support requests are tracked and managed via our ticketing system with priority given to tickets with the highest severity level.
